Very pretty old nineteenth century round footstools probably dating from the Georgian period, in wood with beaded tapestry floral padded tops and with ceramic feet, in fluted ball form with two colours of clay.
Under the stools there is a wooden screw thread with a diamond of wood to tighten the padded top.
The listing is for a pair of stools, two, with different designs of floral beaded tapestry. There are some signs of wear to the fabric and beaded detail but they are in nice condition for the age.
